摘 要:提出了利用热管的旋转作用强化热管外传热的思想。以换热面积为衡量标准,通过对旋转热管换热器与常规间壁式换热器的比较分析,得到了2种不同换热器的面积比、工艺条件以及旋转强化效果之间的关系。结果表明,当常规工艺条件下传热状况很差,系统的动力输入属主要工艺要求或产生其它有利效果时,旋转热管换热器将是一种有效的选择。针对反应器的热量导出和高粘度热敏流体的传热问题,给出了热管式搅拌器和螺旋推进式旋转热管换热器的基本结构。An ideal to enhance heat transfer through rotating heat pipes (RHP) is presented. The heat transfer area is introduced as criteria to compare the superiority of rotating heat pipe exchangers (RHPE) and common heat exchangers. And the necessary application terms of RHPE have been obtained. The results show that, when the common state of heat transfer is very bad and, the power is necessary technologically for the whole system instead of simply driving RHPE, or when some extra beneficial effects can be gained from RHPE as compensation, RHPE can be used as a high effective and compact heat exchanger. As practical application examples based on the present ideal, a rotating heat pipe agitator and a propeller-driven RHPE have been designed for solving the problems of transferring heat from reactors and heating fluids being extreme viscous and sensitive to heat.
