摘　　要：介绍腈纶油剂的基本要求和作用,详细分析了腈纶纤维油剂中抗静电剂、平滑柔软剂和聚醚乳化剂的选择要求。并对已开发的油剂YH-202配方、应用与性能测试进行了简单介绍,证明YH-202具备良好的抗静电保护、手感、耐热等主要纺丝性能指标。A The basic requirements and functions of oiling agent for PAN fiber are introduced. And the requirements for option of antistatic agent, smooth softening agent, polyether emulsifier used in oiling agent are analyzed in detail. Meanwhile, the composition of developed oiling agent YH-202 and its application and property test were summarized. The results show that oiling agent YH-202 has good properties suitable for fiber spinning, i.e. antistatic safety, hand feeling and heat resistance mainly.
