摘  要:基于Kirchhoff定律,利用半导体激光器InGaAs/I及钽酸锂热释电探测器设计了一种实用化的实时测温系统。基于反射辐射对系统测温精度影响的分析,确定了水冷遮蔽板的尺寸(即H/R之值);通过对A/D转换器件的分辨率对系统测温精度的影响及对V(T)-T曲线温度灵敏度制约的研究,确定了系统应选用16位的A/D转换器件;依照光路中的外界干扰(选择性吸收气体、烟尘等微粒)对系统测温精度影响的讨论,提出了其相应的抑制措施;总结出了影响系统测温精度的5种因素,并对其中的2种进行了简要的分析。该系统的测温不确定度优于0.3%。Based on the Kirchhoff law, a practical temperature real-time measurement system using laser diode InGaAs/I and LiTaO3 pyroelectric detector is presented. By means of analyzing the effect on temperature measurement accuracy by reflection radiation, size of water-cooled shelter plate is determined. Had studied the effect on temperature measurement accuracy and the limit to V(T)-T curve by resolution power of A/D converter, optimal A/D converter is selected. According to the discussion about the effect on temperature measurement accuracy by interference (including gaseous absorption, fumes and dust particles) in the line of sight, corresponding controlling measures are given. At the same time, five main reasons resulted in temperature measurement accuracy are reviewed. And the two of them are briefly discussed.Temperature measurement inaccuracy is within 0.3%.
