摘　　要：简要介绍ISP器件及其相应设计软件ispEXPERT,并以在东南大学SE-3型实验板上实现数字密码锁为例介绍其应用。This paper introduces the software and the device of in-system programmable , then it shows a example realized in SE-3 which made in southeast university, at last the experience of design is summarized.
