摘  要:在一个间歇釜反应器内研究了超临界水中的减压渣油轻质化。通过热重、四组分分析、粘度、硫含量、红外光谱等的研究,比较了改质产物和减压渣油的区别。结果表明,热重分析的产物中低于350℃的组分可超过80%,四组分分析中可见有较多的沥青质、胶质和芳烃变成了饱和烃,粘度降为4 mm2/s,硫含量降低 32%,氮含量降低了16%,金属中的Ni和V降低了83%和86%。表明在超临界水中减压渣油实现了较好的轻质化改质。Upgrading of vacuum residuum under the condition of supercritical water was studied in an autoclave reactor. With the TG and saturates, aromatics, resin and asphaltene (SARA) analysis and viscosity, sulfur content, FTIR spectrum etc. , the differences of the product and the raw residual oil have been inspected. The results of TG analysis indicate that the loss weight no less than 350 ℃ can preponderate over 80%. From the SARA analysis, there are a lot of asphaltene, resin and aromatics transform to saturates hydrocarbon. The viscosity of product can decline to the 4. 35 mm^2/s, also 32% of S, 16% of N, 83% of Ni and 86% of V have been removed from product. The results enunciate that in supercritical water the residual oil can easily be upgraded.
