摘　　要：通过采用国产陶瓷结合剂CBN砂轮对45淬硬钢工件进行磨削试验,系统分析了磨削参数对CBN砂轮磨损的影响,获得了能够进行高速高效磨削的合理磨削参数。Grinding experiments on 45 hardened steel work-pieces were carried out with home made vitrified CBN （cubic boron nitride）grinding wheels. The influence of the grinding parameters on the wear of CBN wheels has been studied by experiments. The appropriate grinding parameters in machining 45 hardened steel with high speed and high efficiency has also been obtained.
