摘  要:在一台采用三维温度场可视化监控系统的300 MW锅炉上进行了NOx排放规律的试验研究,得到锅炉负荷、过量空气系数、燃烧器摆角、燃尽风量、二次风配风方式和层间燃料分配等与NOx排放、飞灰含碳量、炉膛总辐射能及炉内三维温度分布的关系.试验结果表明,NOx排放与炉内三维温度分布具有很强的相关性,炉膛辐射能很好地反映炉内的燃烧状况,可为实现高效低NOx排放提供指导信息.An experimental study was made on NOx emission in a 300 MW coal fired boiler, where a visualization monitoring system with 3-D temperature distribution was installed, to find out the effects of the operational parameters (such as boiler load, excess air , burner tilt angle, over-fired air, secondary air distribution, fuel distribution ete). On some variables (such as NOx emission, unburned carbon in fly ash, radiant energy and 3-D temperature distribution in the furnace est. ) The results showed that NOx emission has high correlation with 3-D temperature distribution and the combustion condition in the furnace could be expressed by the radiant energy. This information could be used in the combustion monitoring system for the operation of a boiler with high efficiency and low NOx emission.
