摘  要:目的研究移动电话的电磁辐射对小鼠精子的作用,以探讨移动电话电磁辐射对雄性生殖功能的影响。方法用移动电话的模拟辐射源对小鼠进行全身辐射,辐射频率为935 MHz,时间为2 h/d,连续35 d,按平均功率密度分为3个组,即0μW/cm2组(对照组)、570μW/cm2(辐射组)和1 400μW/cm2(辐射组)。辐射后取小鼠双侧睾丸和附睾称重,并分析附睾的精子计数、活动率和畸形率,观察睾丸组织结构及电镜超微结构。结果各组小鼠的睾丸和附睾的重量差异无显著性(P>0.05);1 400μW/cm2辐射组的精子活动率[(40.82±4.73)%]明显下降,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),并出现精子超微结构的改变。结论1 400μW/cm2的电磁辐射在受试条件下对小鼠的精子有一定的损伤作用。Objective To explore the effects of electromagnetic radiation of cellular telephone on sperm damage in mice. Methods Mice were exposed to electromagnetic fields with frequency of 935 MHz and power density of 0μW/cm^2 , 570 μW/cm^2 , 1 400 μW/cm^2 for 35 days (2 h/day). By the end of five weeks the mice were sacrificed, the testis and epididymis were severed and weighed. And the count, motility and morphology of sperm in epididymis were investigated, Histology of testis and ultra structure of spermatogenic cell were observed by light and electron microscope respectively. Results No significant difference of the organ coefficient of tests and epididymis between the 3 groups was found(P〈0. 05). The sperm motility [ (40.82±4.73)%] in the radiation at power density of 1 400μW/cm^2 was significanfly reduced(P〈0. 05), and the change ultra structure of sperm in the group appeared. Conclusions Electromagnetic radiation of cellular telephone might have sperm toxicity in mice.
