发展循环经济与解决“三农”问题的实证研究

摘　　要：发展循环经济与解决“三农”问题并举,是循环经济的发展与“三农”问题的解决在产业结构调整方面同质 性要求的必然结果。实证研究表明,在解决“三农”问题方面,发展循环经济具有三个“有利于”:有利于农民非农化, 有利于农业内部结构调整和农业产业化,有利于乡村城镇化建设。The integration of developing a recycle economy and solving the problems of agriculture, farmer and countryside is an inevitable homogeneous requirement for industrial restrueturing. This empirical study indicates that in tackling the problems of agriculture, farmer and countryside, to develop a recycle economy is conducive in three aspects ： the defarmerization of farmers, agricultural inner structural adjustment and agricultural industrialization, and the construction of towns in the rural area.
