摘　　要：“农民负担”一直是党和国家十分关心的问题,关系到我国农村社会的和谐,农业可持续发展以及农业现代化的实现。本文对我国“农民负担”的定义进行了界定,对农业税减免前后的状况进行了分析,并针对当前出现的新问题提出了对策。“Peasant burden” is the problem having been cared about very much by our party and country all the time. It concerns with the harmony of the rural society of our country, agricultural sustainable development and realization of agricultural modernization. This paper first defines the “peasant burden” of our country, then analyzes the fore - and - aft state of“peasant burden” when the agricultural taxes being derated and finally puts forward some according to the current problems
