摘  要:目的:了解葡萄球菌的耐药情况,指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法:用VITEK-32、GPI、GPS-107进行菌种鉴定、耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS)检测和药敏实验。结果:188株葡萄球菌中凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)136株,其中耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)120株,检出率为88.2%。MRS对万古霉素、呋喃妥因100%敏感,对利福平敏感性高。结论:我院MRS检出率较高,应重视对MRS耐药性的监测,治疗由MRS菌株引起的严重感染应首选万古霉素。Objective:To survey the resistance of Staphylococcus,and to provide the reference for the clinical antimicrobial agents usage. Methods:The identification and drug susceptibility tests were carried out with Vitek-32,GPI and GPS-107 for Staphylococcus. Results:Among 188 strains of staphylococcus ,136 trains wereresistant coagulase negative staphylococcu.s (CNS),of which 120 were methicillin coagulase negative staphylococcus (MRS)with thedetectiong rate of 88, 2%. MRS was susceptible to vancomycin, nitrofurantoin and rifampin, Conclusions:We should pay much attention to detecting MRS, the resistance of MRS to antibiotics should be further monitored. Vancomycin may be used for the treatment of MRS infection first.
