玉洁新消毒清洗液对皮肤黏膜消毒效果观察

摘　　要：玉洁新消毒清洗液杀菌成分为三氯羟基二苯醚,采用现场试验方法对皮肤黏膜消毒的效果进行了实际评价,并与碘伏作平行比较。结果,用含800mg/L三氯羟基二苯醚的消毒洗液擦拭非感染伤口和感染伤口并作用3min,对伤口上自然菌清除率分别为97.29%和98.49%。用含有效碘5000mg/L碘伏消毒液作同样处理,对两种伤口上自然菌清除率分别为96.52%和99.16%。用该消毒洗液对口腔黏膜作洁牙术前消毒后进行10人次采样培养均无菌生长,用碘伏消毒剂进行处理亦得到同样效果。结论:玉洁新消毒液对伤口与口腔黏膜进行清洗消毒,可获得良好的杀菌效果,其结果与碘伏消毒剂一致。The germicidal ingredient of Irgasan Germicidal Detergent is 2,4,4＇- Trichlor -2＇- hydroxydiphenyl - ether. Field test method was used to carry out actual evaluation of its efficacy in disinfection of skin and mucous membrane and parallel comparison with iodophor. Results： Wiping the non - infective wound and infective wound with the germicidal detergent solution containing 800 mg/L 2,4,4＇- Trichlor -2＇- hydroxydiphenyl - ether for 3 min eliminated 97.29% and 98. 49% of the natural bacteria in the wounds respectively. Same treatment with iodophor disinfection solution containing available iodine 5000 mg/L eliminates 96.52% and 99.16% of the natural bacteria in the two kinds of wound respectively. No bacterial growth was found in the cultures of samples taken from l0 person - times after disinfection of oral mucosa with this germicidal detergent prior to teeth - cleaning operation. Same efficacy was obtained when oral mucosa was treated with iodophor disinfectant. Conclusion ： Cleaning and disinfection of wound and oral mucosa with irgasan germicidal detergent can produce good germicidal efficacy and the results are identical with those of iodophor disnfection.
