摘  要:为评价动态消毒机在采血车上的消毒效果,采用现场试验方法对动态消毒机消毒采血车内空气的效果进行了观察并与紫外线灯作平行比较。结果,动态消毒机和紫外线灯在无人情况下消毒30min,使采血车内空气中自然菌数均可保持在≤200cfu/m3和≤500cfu/m3,符合II~III类环境卫生标准要求。仅用紫外灯照射,在有人工作情况下菌数持续增加而达不到消毒要求;紫外线灯与动态消毒机配合使用,可使车内工作中空气自然菌数维持在符合III类环境卫生标准。结论,用紫外线灯与动态消毒机配合使用,可使采血车工作中空气质量达到卫生标准要求。In order to evaluate disinfection efficacy of dynamic disinfector on blood - collecting car, field test method was used to observe the efficacy of dynamic disinfector in disinfection of air in blood - collecting car and to compare parallelly with ultraviolet lamp. Results: Disinfection of the unoccupied car with the dynamic disinfector and ultraviolet lamp for 30 min kept the natural bacterial count in air of the blood - collecting car at≤200 cfu/m^3 and ≤500 cfu/m^3 respectively, fulfilling the requirement of class - Ⅱ - Ⅲ environmental sanitation standard. Irradiation with ultraviolet lamp only in occupied car did not fulfil the disinfection requirement and the bacterial count increased continuously. Combined use of ultraviolet lamp and the dynamic disinfector for disinfection of occupied car could still keep the natural bacterial count in air of the car conforming to class - Ⅲ environmental sanitation standard. Conclusion : Combined use of ultraviolet lamp and dynamic disinfector make the air quality in occupied car fulfil the requirement of sanitation standard.
