摘 要:溴乙酰胺在土壤和水中的化学、生物、水解和光解的实验室降解实验表明,溴乙酰胺在环境中的降解是多因素联合作用的结果;土壤中的生物降解和水中的底泥对降解起着重要作用。以两个血吸虫病流行区作为溴乙酰胺降解现场实验区,当使用溴乙酰胺灭螺常用量时,在土壤中的最长半衰期为2.2h;在水中的最长半衰期为4.6d。溴乙酰胺属于易降解的灭螺药,在土壤和水中的短期残留不会对环境造成危害。The experimental study on the chemical, biological, hydrolytic and photolytic degradation of bromoacetamide in soil and water showed that the degradation of bromoacetamide in soil and water was a combined action of multiple factors. The biological degradation in soil and the sediment in water played improtant roles on the degradation of bromoacetamide. Two schistosomiasis endemic areas were selected for field trials, When bromoacetamide was applied at the dosage of 1.5y/m2 in soil or 1.5g/m3 in water, the maximum half-life of bromoacetamide was 2.2 hours in soil and 4. 6 days in water. The bromoacetamide is a kind of molluscicide freely degradated. The short-term residue of bromoacetamide stayed in soil and water is not harmful to environment.
