摘　　要：目的了解风湿病患者口服强的松期间不遵医嘱服药的相关因素与原因,为护士实施护理干预提供依据。方法对100例不遵医嘱服用强的松的风湿病患者进行问卷调查,内容包括服药时间,不服药的时间、方式和原因,一般资料等。结果影响风湿病患者不遵医嘱服药的原因是多种交叉、反复的,最主要的原因是强的松的严重不良反应,同时还与患者的文化程度、对疾病的自我判断不准、生活环境的改变、生育等因素有关。结论对口服强的松的风湿病患者应加强健康教育,增强其遵医嘱服药的意识。Objective To investigate relevant factors and causes which lead to ineomplianee with taking predison among rheumatic patients. This study aims at providing foundation for intervening nursing. Methods Questionnaire survey which included time of taking medicine, ways and reasons of not taking medicine, and general data was carried out among 100 rheumatic patients who failed to taking predison according to doctor＇s advice. Results The causes leading to incompliance with taking predison showed diversity and reiteration. Main causes included severe side effects of predison, patient＇s culture degree, incorrect self-estimating about rheumatism, changes in living circumstance and pregnancy. Conclusion Nurses should enhance health education and consciousness to taking drugs according to doctor＇s advice and implement nursing intervention among rheumatic patients.
