摘　　要：笔者报道了83例腹部多脏器严重损伤患者急救护理流程的应用。急救护理流程包括入院伤情评估流程、恢复有效循环流程、病情动态监测流程、术前准备流程、组织协调流程。通过急救护理流程的实施及护士长的协调管理,流程中各个环节密切配合,积极救治,为挽救患者生命赢得了时间,提高了医疗护理质量。The author reported application of emergency care flow-sheet in 83 wounded patients with abdomen muhiorgan.sever injury. Emergency care flow-sheet contains injury evaluating flow-sheet, recovering effective circulation, dynamic disease situation monitoring flow sheet, preoperative preparation flow-sheet and organizing flow-sheet. By implementing emergency care flow-sheet, head nurses＇ coordination and management, close cooperation of all links in flow-sheet and active rescuing, medical staff can save time for rescuing lives and improve nursing quality.
