气囊导管隔离消化液早期手术修补治疗十二指肠瘘病人的护理

摘　　要：报道了十二指肠瘘发生早期应用气囊导管隔离消化液早期行修补术的护理配合。重点强调近期再次手术病人的术前心理护理,积极做好用物及病人准备,术后气囊导管护理、重症监护、营养支持、使用生长抑素阶段的特殊护理、饮食护理等。本组5例病人全部治愈,疗效显著,提示高质量的术前、术后护理是治疗成功的保证。The authors reported nursing of duodenal fistula patients treated with balloon catheter isolating digestive juice early operation repair. They mainly emphasized preoperative mental care of patients undergoing operation again, making good equipment and patient preparation, postoperative catheter nursing, intensifying care, nutritive support, special nursing of using somatostatin, diet nursing and so on. All 5 cases in the group recovered and good curative effect was achieved. Improving preoperative and postoperative nursing is the guarantee to the success of treatment.
