摘　　要：农村工业化和农业现代化协调发展问题是我国二元经济结构转化中面临的一个突出问题。西部地区存在典型的二元经济结构,在二元经济结构转化中,一方面是发展城市工业化,更重要的方面是发展农村工业化。西部地区以农村工业化推进二元经济结构转化的路径是:延长农业产业链;进行体制创新;营造良好投资环境;创造农村工业化发展的政策环境。The harmonious development of the rural industrialization and modernization constitutes a major problem in the fransformation of the dual economic structure in our country. There exists a typical dual economic structure in the western regions, and in the transfromtion, the first is to develop urban industrialization, and the second is to develop rural industrialization. The channel for the development of the economic structure in the western regions is ： extending agricultural production chain; carrying out system innovation; creating favorable investment environment and policy environment favorable for the development of the rural industrialization.
