后丘脑动脉的显微解剖及其微血管构筑

摘　　要：用手术显微镜观测了48侧成人后丘脑的动脉,并用墨汁明胶灌注、厚片透明、碱性磷酸酶染色示血管内皮及甲酯铸型法,在体视显微镜和扫描电镜下观察了14侧胎儿后丘脑的微血管构筑.后丘脑的动脉分为内侧膝状体丘脑动脉、外侧膝状体丘脑动脉和膝状体间丘脑动脉.前两者中的小支分布到内、外侧膝状体,较大支及膝状体间丘脑动脉主要分布至丘脑枕中、上部.外侧膝状体微血管呈疏密相间排列,内侧膝状体毛细血管网致密,无分层现象.后丘脑微血管铸型的表面特征与丘脑相类似,微动脉多呈锐角分支,微静脉单独走行或几条微动脉围绕一条微静脉.可见毛细血管吻合和毛细血管前吻合.The arteries of 48 adult metathalamus were observered and measured by the operation microscopy. Under the stereoscope and scanning electron microscope, the microvasculature of 14 metathalamus of fetuses were studied with the methods of thick section transparency, alkaline phosphatase staining and methacrylate cast. The arteries of the metathalamus were divided into the medial geniculothalamic artery, the lateral geniculothalamic artery and the intergeniculothalamic artery. The smaller branches of the former two were distributed in the medial and lateral geniculate bodies, the larger branches and the intergeniculothalamic artery were distributed mainly in the thalamic pulvinar. The capillary arrangement of the lateral geniculate body was chequered with high and low density in layers, which was related to its neural structure. Capillaries of the medial geniculate body were dense, not arranged in layers. The microvascular cast of the metathalamus was similar to that of the thalamus. The arterioles branched at an acute angle. The venules were generally solitary or one venule was surrounded by several arterioles. The capillary anastomoses and precapillar anastomoses were discovered.
