吸毒人员乙型肝炎病毒感染状况的调查

摘　　要：目的了解湖南省吸毒人员乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的感染情况。方法采用现况研究,通过整群抽样,随机抽取某男性戒毒所和某女性戒毒所中的吸毒人员,以问卷的方式调查吸毒人员772名,收集有关的资料并采集血标本,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清中HBsAg、抗-HBs、HBeAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc,采用Chi-square检验对数据进行统计分析。结果吸毒人员HBV感染率为63.2%;随着年龄的增加,HBV感染率大体呈上升趋势,不同年龄组HBV感染率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);不同吸毒年限HBV感染率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);随着戒毒次数的增加,HBV感染率大体呈上升趋势,不同戒毒次数HBV感染率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。不同职业、不同文化程度、不同民族的吸毒者HBV感染率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论吸毒人群是感染HBV的高危人群,吸毒人员中HBV感染与年龄、吸毒年限、戒毒次数有关,而与职业、文化程度、民族无关。Objective To investigate the prevalence of HBV infection among drug abusers in Hunan Province. Methods General information of 772 subjects from both male and female drug abusers＇ rehabilitation treatment centers through cluster - sampling and questionnaire investigation were obtained. The 5 serological markers of HBV were detected by ELISA. Data were analyzed by using Chi- square test. Result Total prevalence of HBV infection was 63.2 %. The prevalence of HBV infection showed a trend to raise with increased age as well as the drug abuse history. The infection rate was significantly different among different age groups and also among groups of different duration of drug abuse （P〈 0.05）. The prevalence of HBV infection increased totally with the times off the habit increased and the infection rate was significantly different among the groups with different times off the habit （P〈 0.05）. There was no different infection rate between groups with different degree of education, vocation and ethnic（p〉0.05）. Conclusion The drug abusers are the population at high risk for hepatitis [] infection. The prevalence of HBV infection of drug abusers has relation with age, duration of drug abuse and the times off the habit; but has no significant relation with education, vocation and ethnic differences.
