摘　　要：目的评价塑料增塑剂使用的安全性。方法按GB15193-94中有关方法进行。结果三项遗传毒性试验结果不明显,18个月喂养试验表明邻苯二甲酸二丁酯对大鼠各项观察指标显现出毒副作用。结论邻苯二甲酸二辛酯对人体有慢性毒性。Objective To assess the safety of use of plastic enhancing agent dibutyl phthalate. Method Experiments were conducted according to GB15193 - 94. Result Three genetic toxicity tests shewed no obvious positive results. An 18 - month feeding experiment indicated that the test substance produced adverse effect on a variety of observing item in rats. Conclusion Dibutyl Phthalate is a slow toxicity substance.
