摘  要:用四氧嘧啶诱导复制的大鼠实验性糖尿病动物模型,在光、电镜下,观察了糖尿病大鼠胸腺的形态学变化.结果表明:糖尿病大鼠胸腺皮质明显变薄,皮质淋巴细胞大量减少,细胞分裂相计数显著降低,细胞退化.明上皮细胞呈明显的退行性变,其胞质内张力细丝束和溶酶体样致密颗粒明显增多.出现空泡化、自噬体及较多的含颗粒状物质的囊泡.暗上皮细胞明显增多.其周可见许多胶原原纤维.毛细血管内皮细胞形态结构发生改变,基膜增厚,血管周隙明显增宽,内含大量的胶原原纤维.皮质内巨噬细胞和浆细胞明显增多.以上结果提示,糖尿病可诱导胸腺退化.文内就其诱导胸腺退化的机理进行了讨论.The morphological changes of the thymus in diabetic rats induced by alloxan were observed with light and electron microscopy. The results were as follow: The thymus cortex became thinner, and the numbers of cortical lymphocytes and thymocytic mitosis were significantly decreased and their structure was denatured. The degenerative changes were found in pale epithelial cells, in which tonofilament bundles, dense lysosome-like granulae, vacuoles and autophagosomes were obviously increased and numerous vacuoles containing granula-like substances occurred. The dark epithelial cells were obviously increased and numerous collagen fibril bundles were seen in the vicinity of their perikarya. The structure of endothelial cells of capillaries was changed, the basal lamina became thicker and the pericapillary space became broader with a lot of collagen fibrils. A krge number of macrophages and plasma cells were found in thymic cortex. These results showed that the involution of thymus could be induced by diabetes. The mechanism of thymic involution induced by diabetes was discussed in this paper.
