老年大鼠切牙造牙本质细胞的超微结构变化

摘　　要：应用透射电镜研究了老年大鼠切牙造牙本质细胞的超微结构变化.该细胞核出现凹陷和切迹,常染色质减少,异染色质增加.胞浆内粗面内质网扩张、变短;线粒体水肿、嵴断裂、最后空泡化;高尔基复合体由复杂到简单,最后消失.相邻造牙本质细胞之间的间隙扩大,间隙内出现不同大小和形状的环层样小体,最后细胞间连接松解,细胞分离.The changes of the ultrastructure of the odontobksts in aging rat incisors were observed by transmission electron microscopy. The nucleus of the odontoblasts in aging rat incisors became irregular with some depressions and notchs, containing increased heterochromatins and decreased euchromatins. In the cytoplasm of the odontoblasts of aging rat incisors, rough endoplasmic reticulums were expanded and shortened, the mitochondria were swelled with fracturing crista and vacuouzation finally occurred. The Golgi complex gradually changed into simple structure and could not be found with age. The space between the odontoblasts was enlarged with varying size and shape of ring layers. The odontobksts were finally separated when connections were destroyed.
