洁尔阴及替硝唑对阴道毛滴虫药物作用的超微结构研究

摘　　要：为观察洁尔阴、替硝唑对阴道毛滴虫作用的超微结构变化,探讨作用机制,将虫体分别与洁尔阴、替硝唑孵育,行光镜、透射与扫描电镜观察。结果洁尔阴5%即有杀灭作用;作用5min,虫体胞膜破损,细胞器破坏。替硝唑10μg/ml有杀虫作用,除大部分虫体死亡外,细胞内部变化为粗面内质网与核膜上多核糖体脱离、膜破坏,池内隔离和自噬泡多见。提示洁尔阴首先破坏细胞膜;替硝唑抑制蛋白合成与细胞分裂,产生致死性损伤。：The effects of jieeryin lotion of tinidazole on ultrastructural change of Trichomonas vaginalis were observed in order to approach the mechanism of their pharmaceutical effect. The protozoan were incubated respectively with jieeryin lotion or tinidazole, and observed under light microscope, transmission and scanning electron microscope. The protozoan could be killed by jieeryin lotion at the concentration of 5 %, theirs cell membrane and organelle were damaged after 5 minutes. The protozoan could be killed with tinidazole at the concentration of 10μg/ml. In addition to a majority of the parasites died, ultrastructural change of the cells were showed that rough endoplasmic reticulum and nuclear membrane were dissociated from the polysomes and destroyed as well as intracisternal sequestration and autophagic vacuoles were much. These indicated that jieeryin lotion firstly injured cell membrane of the protozoan, tinidazole inhibited protein synthesis and cell division, and caused deathful damage. Therefore, it is suggested that combination of TCM and WM can cure trichomoniasis more quickly and efficiently.
