摘  要:大鼠皮下注射糖皮质激素持续一个月后,观察海马神经元内超微结构的变化,并与对照组及老年组进行比较。结果显示:给药组的海马神经元呈现细胞固缩,胞质内脂褐质较对照组增多。上述变化在老年组虽然也存在,但在形态变化上有差异。结果再次表明了糖皮质激素升高对海马神经元的毒性作用,引起细胞内超微结构的变化,是与神经元的退行性变化有直接关系。The changes of the ultrastructure of hippocamal neurons were observed after the rats were treated with cortison for 30 days, and a comparison was made with untreated group and the old group. It was found that the nuclei were pyknosis, the mitochondrions deformed and the lipofuscins increased. The similar phenomena were also found in old group, but there were differences in morphology between the test group and the old group. The results indicated that the high concentration of glucocorticoid had toxic effect on hippocampus, causing the changes in the ultrastructure of hippocampal neurous, which was directly related with the neuronal degeneration.
