摘　　要：潍坊市公共卫生运行与应急系统,通过建设结构合理、功能完善、精简高效的“常规运行”,指挥有力、反应迅速、处置得当的“应急处置”和支持到位、准备充分、保障有力的“支持保障”3个子系统,努力实现公共卫生常规工作的有序运行和突发公共卫生事件的高效处置。The public health circulation and emergency management system of Weifang City is composed ot the following three parts： normal circulation system, whose reasonable frame and perfect function make it simplified and effective; emergency management and treatment system, which has a great power of instruction, response and management, and ensuring system with enough arrangement and ensured preparation.It is hoped that routine tasks and emergencies can be conducted efficiently with it.
