摘　　要：潍坊市公共卫生预警采用即时预警和长期预警两种模式,并设计相应地预警指标和预测方法。根据即时预警和长期预警信息,综合判断突发公麸卫生事件性质,划分为一般事件、较重事件、严重事件和特别严重事件4级。潍坊市公共卫生预警模式考虑到了症状监测和相邻行政区域发病等问题,并将多模型预测与专家咨询相结合,指标体系具有较高的科学性、合理性。Instant warning and long-term warning are two kinds of modes functioning in the public health forewarning system of Weifang City.They both contain forewarning indexes and methods. According to instant and long-term forewarning information, public health incidents can be synthetically described and classed into four grades： ordinary, sub-serious, serious, extremely serious.The modes also put symptom surveillance and epidemic situation of neighborhood into consideration, and adhere multimode forecast to expert consultation, which make the system scientific and reasonable.
