摘 要:目的探讨山楂抗氧自由基的作用。方法用邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法测定羟自由基(·OH);用改良的邻苯三酚氧化法测定超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)。结果鲜山楂及干山楂水提液均有清除·OH及O2-·的作用,与对照管比较有高度显著性(P<0.01),鲜山楂水提液清除氧自由基能力大于干山楂水提液(P<0.01)。结论山楂水提液有较强清除氧自由基的作用。Objective To explore the scavenging effect of hawthorn on oxygen free radicals. Methods Hydroxyl radicals (·OH) produced in H2 O2/Fe^2+. system can oxidize phenanthrolene-Fe^2+ into phenanthrolene- Fe^3+ , so the extant of · OH activity was measured by method of phenanthrolene- Fe2^2+ oxidation; and the superoxide anion radicals (O2^- ) activity was measured by improved method of pyvogallol auto oxidation. Results The scavenging effects of fresh hawthom on · OH and O^2- were both significant(P 〈 0.01). Significant differences of antioxidative effect were observed between the fresh and dry hawthorn extracts (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Fresh and dry hawthorn water extracts possess strong of oxygen free radicals.
