摘 要:根据EURACHEM/CITAC 2000中的规定计算了ICP-AES法测定油漆中总铅量的不确定度,建立了数学模型和根据在测试过程中产生不确定度的变量建立了因果图。通过转化数学模型和因果图,对油漆标准样品中含铅量的测定精密度和准确度进行试验,并计算了此方法的不确定度。结论中提出可根据在日常分析试验中所积累的数据,用B类不确定度的计算方法计算所得的测定过程的不确定度具有更高的真实可信性,并指出要不断积累测试数据,不断更新测定方法的不确定度,这样得到的不确定度更为可信合理。The uncertainty of the ICP-AES method of determination of total lead content in paint was calculated according to the guide given in EURACHEM/CITAC, 2000. Mathematical model and causality chart of variables of uncertainty produced in the process of analysis were established. By transformation of the mathematical model and causality chart, test for precision and accuracy of the lead content in a standard paint sample was performed, and the uncertainty of this method calculated. It was concluded that the uncertainty calculated by the B type uncertainty estimation based on experimental data accumulated in routine analytical works is more reliable, and that the data accumulation should be carried out continuously and the uncertainty of an analytical method should be revised timely, thus to give more reasonable uncertainty. It was shown also that the proposed calculation has wide applicability to various kinds of analytical methods.
