摘　　要：通过对戈兰滩水电站施工前期工作过程的回顾,从施工导流、料场选择与开采、施工交通运输、施工工厂设施、施工总布置等各个方面阐述了施工组织设计工作对工程建设的重要性。Through the review for the first stage work of Gelantan hydropower station,the importance of the work of construction organization design is introduced briefly from the aspects of construction diversion,the selection of material deposit site,the quarry,the transportation and the equipment of construction plant.
