摘  要:钛及钛合金是非常活泼的金属,由于在其上容易生成一种自然的氧化膜,很难获得结合力良好的镀层。如何进行前处理及后处理一直是研究的重点。通过对钛及钛合金电镀存在的主要工艺难点的介绍,综述了几种典型的前处理工艺方案,并对所获镀层的结合力检测方法作了简要的介绍。Titanium and its alloys are active metals, and it is very difficult to get coatings with good adhesion on their surfaces because they are rapidly attacked by oxygen to form an adherent oxide layer. Once the oxide coating is removed, re-oxidation occurs immediately when rinsed in water or exposed to air. How to pre-treat and post-treat has been a research hotspot. The main difficulties of electroplating on titanium and its alloys and several pre-treatment procedures are reviewed, and the methods to detect the adhesion of the coatings are introduced.
