摘　　要：介绍了以Visual Basic为开发平台,基于MapX控件和MSComm控件,集成GPS和GIS技术开发帆船训练监控系统。该系统主要实现了赛场环境参数的设置,动态数据的远距离实时采集,训练帆船运行状态(速度、方向、位置)在电子地图上的动态实时显示等功能。该系统将有助于提高帆船的科学训练。This paper realizes the combination of GPS and GIS technology in the sailboat training monitoring system. The project uses Visual Basic 6.0 as developing platform and utilizes the MapX and MSComm components. The system has realized many functions, such as, the game area environment parameters setting, real-time remote collection of dynamic data , dynamic and real time display of sailing sailboat＇ s state on electronic map（ including velocity, direction and position of a sailing sailboat）, etc. It can improve the scientific training of sailboat program.
