摘 要:在螺旋霉索产生菌产二索链霉菌(Streptomyces ambofaciens)发酵过程中添加金属离子后,不同种类、不同浓度的金属离子对螺旋霉素生物合成的影响差别较大.本实验结果表明,在70m3发酵罐上试验,发酵前期(38~42h)加入浓度为2.5μg/ml的Fe2+,螺旋霉素效价为3670μg/ml,比对照提高了19.7%.在生产中应用后取得良好效果.The effect of metal ions on the spiramycin biosynthesis by Streptomyces ambofaciens was studied. It was found that different metal ions at different concentrations could influence spiramycin biosynthesis to different degree. Result showed that Fe^2+ (2. 5μg/ml) could improve the spiramycin potency significantly in the process of fermentation,especially added at 38-42h. The spiramycin potency was 3,670μg/ml after Fe^2+ was added in 70m^3 fermentation tank and improved by 17.9% than the control. The process is deserved to be used in the industrial production of spiramycin.
