摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)检测法分析妥布霉素含量.方法采用Agilent ZorbaxSB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为0.2mol/L三氟乙酸溶液:甲醇(95:5),流速1.0ml/min,漂移管温度40℃,雾化气体压力3.5bar.结果妥布霉素在199.45～1748.99μg/ml浓度范围内,其峰面积对数与浓度对数呈较好的线性关系(r=0.9989),检测限和定量限分别为2 μg/ml和6μg/ml.结论方法准确可靠,可用于产品质量控制.Objective To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for the content determination of tobramycin. Methods The column was Agilent Zorbax SB-C18（4. 6mm × 250mm, 5μm）; the mobile phase was 0. 2mol/L trifluoroacetatic acid ： methanol （95 ： 5）; the drift tube temperature was 40℃ the pressure of nebulizing gas was 3.5bar. Results The linear range was 199.45-1748.99μg/ml （r=0. 9989）. The limit of detection and limit of quantification was 2μg/ml and 6/μg/ml respectively. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable and could be used for the routine quality control of tobramycin.
