资本市场与资本运营对农业产业化发展的功能探析

摘　　要：资本市场、资本运营对于推动农业产业化发展具有融资、改制、提高资源配置效率及分散风险等重要功能。有效利用资本市场、资本运营推进农业产业化经营需要遵循正确的思路。基于上述分析,利用资本市场与资本运营推进农业产业化经营,需要营造良好的政策环境和市场环境,培育扶持合格的农业产业化经营和资本运营主体,并发展完善资本市场。The capital market and the capital management have the important functions in pushing forward agricultural industrialization and they include financing, improving management, improving efficiency of setting resources and dispersing risk, etc. Making use of the capital market and the capital management to push forward the agricultural industrialization effectively need to follow the correct way of thinking. Based on above analysis countermeasures are put forward and they include improving investment environment ,cultivating the subject of the market and perfecting the capital management.
