摘　　要：构建社会主义和谐社会是一个系统工程,公平正义是构建和谐社会的伦理要求,官员公正则是构建和谐社会的基石,因而,寻求实现官员公正对构建和谐社会至关重要。Setting up the harmonious society of socialism is a system engineering, to some extent, the justice is an ethies request that sets up the harmonious society and the justice of officials is the foundation of it, so the justice of officials is very important to the setting up harmonious society.
