摘　　要：地役权制度作为一项重要的物权制度体现了土地物权结构利用化的发展趋势,因此我们在立法时应本着国际化、综合运用调整方法的原则,以德国法系的立法体系为参考,并立足本土,构建有中国特色的地役权法制度。Being a very important part of the property right system easement embodies the trend of more utilization on real right of land. So we should base our legislation on the principles o internationalization and compositive use of adjustive means. And we should also consult legislative system of civil law system, base our legislation upon mainland and construct easement system with Chinese character.
