摘  要:目的研究心音图运动试验的心脏储备指数(CRI)与X线左心室造影射血分数(EF)量化纽约心功能分级的相关性。方法对79例志愿者进行心音图运动试验,得到运动前后S1幅值、心率与6min步行距离,求出CRI,并进行X线造影得到左心室EF。结果随着纽约心功能分级的增加,CRI与EF均降低(P<0.005)。EF与CRI呈正相直线相关关系,r=0.79(P<0.001)。CRI与纽约心功能分级的符合率为63.29%(P<0.01)。结论CRI和EF可作为客观量化心功能分级的客观指标,且CRI对心功能的总体评价较EF更全面。Objective to study the correlation of cardiac reserve index (CRI) obtained from phonocardiogram exercise test (PCGET) and ejection fraction (EF) measured by left ventricular x-ray contrast examination for quantifying heart function classification. Methods PCGET was performed for 79 volunteers. The amplitude of the first heart sound, heart rate, and walking distance during 6 min walking test were measured, and CRI was calculated. EF values for each subject was obtained from left ventricular x-ray contrast examination. Results Both CRI and EF decreased as the increase in NYHA FC ( P 〈 0.005 ). There was a positive correlation between EF and CRI, r = 0.79 ( P 〈 0. 001 ). The coincident rate between CRI and NYHA FC was 63.29 % ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion CRI and EF might be used as sujective indicators for quantifying heart function classification and CRI might be more comprehensive for evaluating cardiac function than EF.
