摘　　要：采用文献资料、调查访问法对广东省12名国家级、国际级足球裁判员在执法过程中产生心理压力进行分析,并提出相应的训练目标,旨在为裁判员消除心理压力、准确判罚提供参考。By the method of literature and questionnaire, the article analyzed the psychological stress of 12 national and international football official in Guangdong, and put forward the corresponding training objective in order to offer theorical reference for the elimination of the psychological stress of the official and correct judgment.
