摘  要:弹性连杆机构在某些特定的工作转速下会产生谐振现象,且这些转速与机构的基频相距甚远,这些转速统称为低阶临界转速。在产生谐振时,机构中各构件的动态应力、弹性变形以及各运动副的反力等都会明显增大。为了有效避免这种现象,首先需较准确地把握机构低阶临界转速的分布。为此,本文以 Floquet 理论为基础,给出了一种识别低阶临界转速的新方法,本方法与系统的广义坐标数没有直接联系,因而识别效率较高。最后,通过对一弹性六杆机构的分析,验证了本文方法的正确性。Lower order resonance phenomena will occur at certain ranges of operating speeds for flexible linkage mechanisms,at which the dynamic response of the system suddenly increases to a large amplitude compared with the neighboring operatings speeds.These speeds are referred to as lower order critical speeds.In order to avoid the lower order resonance phenomena,a knowledge of the critical speed ranges would be useful to the designer.In this paper,an efficient method of determining the lower order critical operating speeds for the flexible linkage mechanisms is presented based on the Floquet theory.The method can be used to analyze mechanism systems with all links considered as elastic members and with a large number of elastic degrees of freedom.Numerical verification for the results obtained using this approach is provied.
