摘 要:目的:探讨有氧运动对高蛋氨酸饲料饮食大鼠血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及血脂水平的影响。方法:雄性健康W istar大鼠分为高蛋氨酸组(M)、有氧运动组(T组)和正常对照组(C组)饲养和运动训练8周,8周末检测血浆相应指标。结论:高蛋氨酸饲料饮食可诱导大鼠高半胱氨酸血症(HH)的形成及血脂代谢异常,适宜的有氧运动可以延缓饮食性HH的形成,改善血脂水平,有效预防动脉粥样硬化(AS)的发生。Objective:To probing into the fit aerobic training adjusts the shape of homocysteine (Hcy) and the level of plasma lipid. Method: Well male wistar rats were randomly divided into the group of hypermethionine diet ( M), the group of aerobic training (T) and the group of control (C). M and T's rats were offered day, the C'rats were given the ordinary diet. After 8 weeks, we examine plasma's Hcy level, the content of TG, TC, HDL - c and LDL - c. Conclusion : Test has shown fit aerobic training can drop Hcy level of rats plasm, at the same time, bettering serum lipid level, taking precautions against happening of AS disease.
