摘  要:辽河油田杜84区块是一个以砂岩为主的超稠油油藏,为了提高开发效果进行了直井与水平井组合重力 辅助蒸汽驱(SAGD)开发试验。针对杜84区块水平井钻井中存在的防碰难度大、造斜困难、井眼轨迹控制要求高、 固井质量差、易出现沉砂卡钻等技术难点,应用了三维绕障防碰技术、复合导向钻井技术、井眼轨迹控制技术、水平 井井眼净化技术,并优化了井身结构和剖面设计,所钻5口水平井都精确入靶,井身质量和固井质量合格率都达到了 100%,施工过程中没有出现井下复杂情况和事故,提高了机械钻速,缩短了钻井周期,降低了钻井成本。The Du-84 Block of the Liaohe Oilfield is a ultra-thick oil reservoir mainly consisting of sand stone. Compounding SAGD EOR experiments between vertical and horizontal wells are conducted In order to solve technical problems such as anti-intercross, kicking off, high-quality well path control, bad cementing quality and sticking, etc. , technologies such as 3D-anti-intrercross, compound steering, well trajectory control, horizontal well cleaning, and casing program optimization are employed. Five horizontal wells all hit their targets with high accuracy and wellbore and cementing quality. There was no downhole troubles and accidents during drilling, thus the ROP was increased, drilling cycles were shortened and drilling cost was decreased.
