摘　　要：深部地层扩眼是当前国内发展较快的一项钻井技术。论述了国内深部地层扩眼技术的现状及发展概况, 针对深部地层扩眼特点以及存在的主要问题,提出了合理的工程技术措施、扩眼工具的优选方案,按深部地层扩眼发 展需要,展望了超常规井眼扩大器和随钻超常规井眼扩大器的应用前景,并结合典型井例说明了该技术方案的可靠性 和实效性。Reaming in deep formations is an arisen technique in China. This article discusses the current situation and progress of reaming techniques for deep formations. Given the reaming performances and main problems, this paper presents reasonable engineering measures and schemes to select suitable reaming tools. In terms of needs for developing reaming technique, this paper gives an outlook for application prospects of hole reamers beyond convention and ones while drilling, and illustrates its reliability and actual effects with a typical case.
