摘  要:提出了有压瞬变流限压控制装置的设想,系统地研究了有压瞬变流系统限压控制反问题,并建立了优化数学模型,提出了解题方法。主要应用特征线方程,由压力幅值用图解法推求管线上各点的H(L,t)和Q(L,t),再根据阀门开度和流量、水头之间的关系式推求阀杆的运动规律,再由阀杆的运动规律推求从动件的运动规律,从而设计出对应的凸轮轮廓线,经过反复试验,最终推求出在安全状态下阀门的最优调节规律,并设计出最优调节规律下的凸轮轮廓线。Some new ideas about the control device of pressurized fluid transient (PFT) with a specified pressure are presented here. The inverse problems of control of PFT systems with a specified pressure are analyzed systematically. An optimization mathematical model is built and the method to solve the model is also presented, The paper uses the equation of characteristic curve to solve the problem. Firstly, based on the amplitude of pressure, by the method of diagram, the water head H(L, t) and the volume of flow Q (L, t) at all the points on the pipeline are determined. Secondly, according to the open degree of valve and the relation between the volume of flow and water head, the motion law of valve stem is found. Thirdly, from this law, the motion law of movable parts is derived. Fourthly, the corresponding outline of the cam can be designed. Repeat the trial and error, the optimal law of regulation for the cam under safety state is derived and the outline of the cam under this law is designed.
