摘  要:讨论了自吸喷灌泵的结构特点,指出一般自吸喷灌泵在自吸性能和结构上的不足。介绍在一般自吸喷灌泵的叶轮进口处附加一个射流装置,运行时有压流体通过喷嘴射出,在喷嘴处由于射流边界层的紊动扩散作用,增加喷嘴周围的液体流速,在叶轮进口处形成一定的真空度,实现泵的抽吸,提高了泵的自吸性能,减少了自吸时间。在理论分析与试验研究的基础上给出了设计方法。该泵以柴(汽)油机为动力,结构简单,易于加工制造,质量较轻,便于偏远、缺电地区的农田、果园等喷灌作业。Through discussing about the structure characters of self-suction sprinkler irrigation jet pump, the disadvantages of common self-suction sprinkler irrigation pump in self-suction capability and structure are pointed out. Based on theoretical analysis and experimental research, this paper introduces the design method for modifying a common self-suction sprinkler irrigation pump by adding a jet device in the inlet of the impeller. When the pump starts, fluid with certain pressure will jet from the nozzle. Because the effect of turbulent diffusion of jet boundary-layer at the nozzle, the velocity of fluid round the nozzle will be increased, and it will form a certain extent of vacuum at the inlet of the impeller to realize the self-suction of the pump. Thus, the self-suction capability of the pump can be improved and the self-suction time is shortened. In this paper, the improved pump can be driven by either diesel or gasoline engine; it is simple in structure, so it convenient for manufacturing; and it is light in weight, so it is convenient for irrigation of farmland or orchard in remote and no electricity region.
