摘　　要：混业经营是世界各国金融业发展的主流。短期内,我国金融业必须坚持分业经营;长期内,混业经营是必然趋势。金融控股公司是我国金融业向混业经营模式过渡的最佳选择。分业经营和混业经营都可以实现对金融控股公司的有效监管。Combining operation is the mainstream of world banking industry. In a short run. Ctfina need insiston separating operation; in a long rim, combining operation will be an inevitable trend. Financial share - holding Corporation is die optimum choice in the management pattern transition of financial industry. In the pattern of separating operation or combing operation both can regulate financial share - holding corporations effectively.
