摘　　要：近二十年来,东北老工业基地的发展遇到了困难,与自身地位及其它沿海城市相比有明显差距。随着实施振兴东北等老工业基地战略后,如将引进利用FDI与老工业基地改造紧密结合起来,分析现状,抓住、发挥自身优势的特点,必将使东北利用外资上一个新台阶,促进东北三省经济持续、稳定、健康地发展。In recent 20 years, the development of the northeastern old industrial base has met many difficulties. Compared with its own position and that of other coastal areas there is a obrious gap. With the implementation of the strategies of revitalizing the northeastern old industrial bases, it becomes important to it related to the introduction of FDI, By analying the current situation and competitive advantages, the paper holds that FDI can help fufil this great task, which, in return will ensure of the healthy, steady and centinuous economic development in the northeast.
