摘　　要：讨论对某自动舵放大器电路的故障诊断,介绍分析电路故障、选取检测点及设计故障诊断流程和程序的思路,给出信号检测、小信号调理及信号隔离等技术方法,实现以单片机和基于故障字典的诊断软件为核心的故障诊断装置。This paper discusses fault diagnosis for electronic circuits of the auto - pilot amplifier, introduces how to analyze fault of circuits, how to select test points and how to design the flow and program of fault diagnosis, then shows some technical methods concerning with signal detection, weak signal regulation and signal isolation, etc. At last a fault diagnosis equipment comes into being based on SCM （single-chip microcomputer） and diagno- sis software which employs the fault dictionary.
