摘　　要：罗尔纲在长期治史中,不但在档案史料方面成果累累,而且在档案史料的使用中逐渐形成了其全面、系统的档案史料观。突出表现在:档案的搜集方面,实地采访、摸底发掘;档案的鉴定方面,外部鉴定法、内部鉴定法;档案的利用方面,利用奏折、诏令、族谱、民间传闻;档案的编纂上,按地区、按体例编纂。Luo ergang, during his long-term research and study of history , not only had made a lot of achievements concerning the archival and historical materials, but also had gradually formed an overall and systematic perspective on the utilization of archival and historical materials. That is demonstrated especially in the following aspects. As to the collection of archives, he himself investigated and inquired, seeking for the exact materials. As to the appraisal of archives, he appraised on the basis of both the outer appearances and the inner qualities of the materials. As to the utilization of archives, he made a good use of the applications and orders in history and also the family trees and the folk legends, As to the rewriting of the archives, he rewrote them according to the region and the article form.
