摘 要:为解决近代以来的新疆危机,修筑内地联系新疆的铁路成为客观需要,自晚清迄新中国成立前,包括孙中山在内仁人志士们提出了种种方案,其中不乏真知灼见。近代政府在修建新疆铁路问题上也有所努力,但由于国势衰微和热衷于内战,最终使这一重要的边疆交通近代化措施未能实现。只有在中国共产党的领导下,包括铁路在内的新疆现代化建设才取得了巨大进展。In order to solve the crisis in Xinjiang in the modern times, it was necessary to construct the railway connecting Xinjiang to inland. From the late Qing dynasty to the founding of the People's Republic of China, many people with lofty ideals including Sun Zhongshan raised various projects among which there were many useful ideas. In the modern times, the government made efforts to build the railway; however, due to the civil war and the gradually declining national power, this important project was never realized. Only under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party has the modernization construction of Xinjiang including railways made great progress.
